个人赛
预赛
“A部分 球球大战”
(3分钟时间内)
男选手:40公斤灌沙球;10公斤药球。
女选手:20公斤灌沙球;5公斤药球。
先完成30个灌沙球过肩摔;
接着在剩下的时间内做尽可能多的药球火箭推;
“B部分 硬拉阶梯”
(20秒硬拉,15秒休息,共10组)
第一个重量做10个硬拉,第二个重量做9个硬拉,以此类推…至第十个重量做1个硬拉)
20秒钟硬拉,15秒组间休息
男选手硬拉重量:
65KG-80KG-95KG-110KG-125KG-140KG-155KG-170KG-185KG-200KG(完成后20秒剩余时间内完成经可能多的硬拉)
女选手硬拉重量:
40Kg-50KG-60KG-70KG-80KG-90KG-100KG-110KG-120KG-130KG(完成后20秒剩余时间内完成经可能多的硬拉)
动作标准:
灌沙球过肩摔
- 灌沙球必须直接接触运动员的肩部;
- 灌沙球过肩时髋部和膝关节必须完全伸展;
- 不要求换边。
药球火箭推
- 火箭推开始时以一个前蹲开始,以身体完全展开锁定结束;
- 下蹲时髋膝关节必须低于膝关节;
- 药球过头的时候膝关节、髋关节和手臂必须完全伸直锁定;
- 第一个火箭推可以从药球翻铃开始;
- 不可以用上挺的动作。
硬拉
- 每次硬拉杠铃都必须从地面开始;
- 硬拉结束时膝关节和髋关节必须完全伸展;
- 不可采用相扑硬拉(运动员双手需置于膝盖外侧);
- 如果运动员20秒内未完成本组硬拉数量,比赛结束,计数至本轮完成的硬拉数量;
- 如果运动员完成最后一组硬拉,则最后一组硬拉在20秒时间里完成尽可能多的个数(翻译一下就是如果有大神厉害到最后一个重量轻松完成,那么最后一组20秒时间内请拉越多次数越好!能拉多少个拉多少个!)
决赛
“壶铃管家”
男选手使用2个20公斤壶铃,20英寸高度跳箱,及40公斤杠铃。
女选手使用2个14公斤壶铃,20英寸高度跳箱,及25公斤杠铃。
(比赛时间:10分钟)
比赛全程选手必须把壶铃带在身边。(人在壶铃在)
30卡路里 滑雪;
20个 双壶铃前架深蹲;
10个 灌沙球过肩摔;
20步 双手持壶铃跳箱踏步;
30个 杠铃从地面至头顶;
携带壶铃跑至起点结束比赛。
动作标准:
SkiErg
- 可调任何阻力;
- 在滑完30卡路里裁判给予指令后方可离开滑雪机;
双壶铃前架蹲
- 做整个动作时双手将壶铃架至肩部;
- 站起时膝关节和髋关节完全伸直;
- 深蹲到底部时髋关节低于膝关节
- 达到以上要求时才算完成一个完整动作。
双壶铃跳箱踏步
- 双手各持一壶铃置于身侧;
- 运动员必须双脚站上跳箱,膝关节和髋关节完全伸展锁定才算完成动作;
- 运动员必须双脚回到地面,才能开始下一个动作。
杠铃从地面到头顶
- 每个杠铃动作都必须从地面开始;以身体完全展开锁定为结束;
- 杠铃过头时,膝关节必须伸直;
- 只有在另两个队员同时持药丸离地时,才能开始杠铃动作;
- 抓举、挺举都可以,动作种类在这边没有要求。

动作标准:
药丸深蹲
- 队员可以互相帮助将药丸扛起;
- 队员必须同步完成动作;
- 深蹲时髋关节必须低于膝关节;
- 完成深蹲动作时髋关节和膝关节必须完全伸展。
队员共同将药丸扛至肩部。
三人共同深蹲
药丸行走
-三人必须都双手触碰药丸,且药丸不触地,任何行走方式都可以。
药丸过肩挺
- 队员必须同步完成动作;
- 药丸从一侧肩上挺举至另外一侧肩;
- 中间可能需要队员调整至药丸在同一侧;
- 不需要手肘伸直。
队员共同将药丸调整至一侧。
药丸过肩挺
Skierg滑雪
- 只有在裁判宣布划至20卡路里时才能离开滑雪机;
- 只有在另两个队员同时持药丸离地时,才能开始滑雪。
药丸翻滚
- 将药丸翻起至另一头落下;
三人同步Burpee跳过药丸
- burpee起跳时必须三人同时双脚跳离地面;
- burpee要求胸部和大腿接触地面。

- 每个杠铃动作都必须从地面开始;以身体完全展开锁定为结束;
- 杠铃过头时,膝关节必须伸直;

Movement Standards
Ground to Shoulder
-Slamball must go directly over athlete’s shoulder
-Hips and knees must be fully extended when Slamball passes over shoulder
-Athlete is not required to alternate sides
Wallball Thruster
-Wallball moves from bottom of front squat to full lockout overhead
-Hips must go below parallel
-Knees, hips and arms must be fully extended whenWallball is overhead
-Athlete cannot pause in upright position with Wallball in front rack. Must make one swift movement from below parallel to overhead
-First rep can be a squat clean
-No jerks allowed
Deadlift
-Barbell begins from ground and must touch ground between each rep
-Knees and hips must be fully extended at the top with shoulders behind barbell
-Athlete’s hands must be outside their knees
- if athletes reach the last weight, amrap in 20 seconds
Final Round
“Kettlebell Babysitter”
Men use 2 x 20KG Kettlebell ,40KG Barbell and 20-inch jump box
Women use 2 x 14KG Kettlebell, 25KG Barbell and 20-inch jump box

Double Kettlebell Front Rack Squat
-Kettlebells are racked on shoulders with two hands during squat
-Full hip and knee extension at the top
-Athlete must squat with hips below parallel
-Squat clean may be counted as a rep if above requirements are met
Double Kettlebell Step-up to Jump Box
-Kettlebell with each hand with arms extended at the sides
-Athlete must step up onto box with both feet and stand up completely with knees and hips fully extended
-Athlete must step down from box with both feet before next rep
Barbell Ground to Overhead
-Athlete must begin with barbell on ground and finish with barbell fully locked out overhead
-Knees and arms fully extended at the top
-“Snatch” or “Clean + Shoulder to Overhead” variation is permitted
Scoring Details
* Ifthere is a tie at the same score, athlete’s bodyweight will be used astiebreaker. The lighter athlete will rank higher than the heavier athlete.

-Pill is lifted from one shoulder and switched to the opposite shoulder
-Full lockout of arms not required
SkiErg
-Any damper setting is allowed
-Athlete may only exit SkiErg after Judge signals to move on when monitor ticks at 20 calories
-Reps are only counted when performed with 2 team members are holding onto pill above ground
Pill Flip
-Pill is flipped in forward motion in any fashion
Synchronized Burpee over Pill
-Chest and hips must touch the ground at bottom position
-Team must jump over pill with two feet to the other side in sync
Barbell Ground-to-Overhead
-Athlete must begin with barbell on ground and finish with barbell fully locked out overhead
-Knees and arms fully extended at the top
-Reps are only counted when performed with 2 team members are holding onto pill above ground
-“Snatch” or “Clean + Shoulder to Overhead” variation is permitted
